User Agreement
Effective Date: October 2, 2025
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of a registered TripForge account (“Account”). By creating or using an Account, you agree to this Agreement, as well as TripForge’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1) Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an Account.
- You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2) Account Features
- Save, and retrieve AI-generated itineraries (“Trips”).
- Access personalized recommendations across devices.
- Share Trips via a public link (if desired).
3) User Responsibilities
- You will not use your Account for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- You will not submit harmful, misleading, or malicious content.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated Trips may contain inaccuracies and must be independently verified.
4) Ownership of Content
You retain ownership of your Trips and preferences. By saving or sharing Trips, you grant TripForge a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display this content to deliver Services.
If you share a Trip publicly, anyone with the link may view it. You are responsible for managing access.
5) Account Deletion
Currently, account deletion is not self-service. To request deletion of your Account or saved Trips, contact us at support@tripforgeai.com. After verifying your identity, we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention obligations.
6) Suspension and Termination
TripForge may suspend or terminate your Account if you violate this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Use. You may request account deletion at any time as described above.
7) Disclaimer
TripForge Accounts are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee permanent storage of Trips or preferences and are not liable for losses related to travel bookings or reliance on AI suggestions.
8) Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Use.
9) Updates
We may update this Agreement. If material changes occur, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of your Account constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
